Who are Syko Fightwear?

  • Syko Fightwear is run by Stephen and Julie Sykes who are big fans of MMA and aim to bring you the products that we like and often showcase items from companies that are new to the UK. This means that we sometimes have lots of new items but in low quantities.

Can we contact you by phone?

  • At the moment we can only deal with enquiries by email using the contact form on the menu on the home page of the website. This is because during the day we do other things (like work), so we usually respond to enquiries in the evening. If you buy more we may be able to stop working and do what we really want to do which is run this during the day as well!

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • We aim to post orders within 48 hours but often post next day if orders are made by 9pm. Large items such as hoodies or multiple item orders can take a day or so longer as we have to physically queue in the post office to post these. If an order takes longer than 7 days to arrive please contact us to ensure that there was no problem with despatch. The reality is that if there is a problem that we are aware of we will contact you, but items do sometimes go astray in the post which we will endeavour to chase up for you.

What if I place an order and it is not in stock?

  • All items on the website listed as in stock are physically with us in the UK. We do not advertise stuff that we do not have, as we hate waiting for stuff the same as other people!

Can back orders be placed?

  • If an item is out of stock that you want please contact us to see if we can get it. We cannot promise that we can as sometimes items are discontinued, but when we are aware of that we will delete the item from the website. We can go out of stock quickly on some new items as we order in low quantities to see how popular it is before ordering larger quantities.

Can I return an item if it does not fit?

  • Yes! If an item does not fit (lets face it, as much as we can quote a size, a good fit is a personal thing and sometimes you need to try it on) you can return it either to exchange for another size, subject to it being in stock, or get a refund. The item must not have been worn, apart from trying it on, and any labels where present must not be removed.

Is your website secure?

  • Yes it is! Payments are taken by credit card through paypal so no details are seen or held by us.
